Welcome to Milk Jar Candle Co! Over the past 6 years, Milk Jar has become a household name in sunny Calgary, Alberta, Canada and has been regarded for its yearly donations to programs that support people with disabilities and inclusive workplaces. We're also proud to be a role model for inclusive employment with 40% of our current staff living with a permanent disability. Since 2016 Milk Jar has donated $1 from the sale of every candle and diffuser to non profits that support people with disabilities and inclusive workplaces. Donations as of September 1st, 2023 now total $236,033.61. At Milk Jar we currently offer two distinct products: The first consists of two lines of candles: one with plant-based essential oils, and the other with premium phthalate-free fragrance oils, each candle is hand poured, features premium coconut-soy wax, wooden wicks, and 8 oz glass for a quality burn time of 40-45 hours. The second is a line of 4 oz reed diffusers scented with premium phthalate-free fragrance oils that feature 20 fibre reed sticks and have a 5+ month lifespan. Milk Jar remains locally manufactured, and a staple in Canadian apothecary with over 250 stockists across Canada, the U.S.A. and Europe/UK At Milk Jar, our passion is in our product, but our vision is in our community.
